• Support tickets and communication history with our team

Product usage

• Run metadata (timestamps, runtime seconds, runner IDs, skill names)
• Geometry artifacts, modelling scripts, and logs you enable for quality or compliance — only for workspaces you control
• Runner registration tokens and the configuration you connect

Website

• Device and browser data, approximate location, and cookies
• Pages visited and referral sources for product analytics

3. How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve the Aikyora platform
• Process payments and prevent fraud or abuse
• Respond to support requests and send service notices
• Optionally improve models using de-identified or aggregated signals where permitted by your plan and settings
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with:

• Infrastructure and model-provider subprocessors under contract
• Payment, analytics, and support vendors that need limited access
• Authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights

5. Retention & your choices

We retain account data while your workspace is active and for a limited period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal needs. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by contacting privacy@aikyora.com. You may also disable non-essential cookies in your browser.

6. International transfers

Data may be processed in regions where we or our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses where required.

7. Children

Aikyora is built for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
